When the election is the Chaos Game

When no party get 20% of the votes as required to nominate President and vice President from internal candidates, then the party has to find out from other parties to reach Presidential threshold. That means   19% of votes can ensure a president nominee decided by 1% of party votes.

Party’s highest achievement of his votes, but then does not meet these requirements, has to look for a coalition partners, although which in the last legislative election time was obviously political opponents. Where our dignity is?.

An odd thing is, possible, a party that only gets 10% of votes, but can still be a candidacy for president within his own party by trying to collect other small parties to build coalition till 20% of votes. If this happen it meant that swipe away people vote who have given to the party that rich 19% vote.

This is a portrait of the political system in this country where no one does not feel that we’re applying bad political system that has created political chaos. This is a bleak picture of our laws that fosters a weak system, and highlights the stupidity of our current constitution. The nation is on the brink of losing a few good men for the sake of a weak constitution that encourages a weak majority. The outcome will be a nation torn asunder and bloodshed, as we are seeing in some areas across the Republic, where the voters are expressing their anger at a vote counting.

The colorful flags of different small parties will only fly as a coalition government. This model of power sharing only benefits the interested parties but loses out for nation interests. Votes are more plentiful for candidates, who fund their own canvassing. While the people at the time of making a choice, just look at the colors emotionally, but not the substance. The flag that will fly once the elections are over will be a luke warm version of a strong democracy.

Last but not least, the laws that govern how people can be leaders is an inherent flaw that is very risky. The elections will be flawed before the first vote is cast.

 

 

Against the Cold

Indonesia Memilih

Ini persoalan penting. Memilih pemimpin pada hakekatnya menentukan apa yang akan terjadi di kemudian hari. Artinya ada persoalan menentukan nasib diri dan anak cucu kita di dalamnya, atau yg lebih luas dari itu. Nation building.

Masing-masing tentu ada cara sendiri-sendiri, dalam menentukan jatuh pilihan kepada pasangan Capres siapa. Bila anda sebagai seorang yang religious umpamanya, maka pertimbangan-pertimbangan pilihan ada pada ranah seperti “moralitas/akhlaq, ketauhidan/keyakinan, kemampuan menjaga amanah, kejujuran”, dan seterusnya. Sebut saja model pertimbangan emosional.

Tetapi bila anda merasa sebagai seorang intelektual, maka pertimbangan pilihan, ada pada ranah, “visi misi si calon, antisipasi bila si calon memimpin; siapa yang akan menjadi partner bekerjanya, kemampuan mentukan program-program strtegsinya, karena harus menjawab tantangan persoalan bangsa yang sedang terjadi. Kemampuan menetapkan program yg tepat, realistis dan perlu, termasuk kepribadiannya”, dan seterusnyadan seterusnya. Sebut saja model pertimbangaan rasional.

Ada juga, orang memilih calon-calon pemimpin itu, ikut–ikutan kemana arus kebanyakan public cenderung. Ikut bagaimana ramainya saja. Kelompok ini mengikuti model bebek. Ikut kemana bebek yang ada didepan melangkah. Seperti penikmat lagu-lagu Pop.

Juga tidak sedikit, yang menentukan pilihannya, atas dasar suka atau tidak suka. “pokoknya saya suka karena badannya tinggi dan besar”, umpamanya. Pokoknya saya tidak suka karena badannya kerempeng, dst. Biasanya yang model begini itu adalah “anak-anak di bawah umur”.

Antisipasi terhadap persoalan model manusia yang memilih karena ikut arus dan yang ke kanak-kanakan itu, maka Calon2 Pemimpin, siapapun yang akan di pilih oleh rakyat, tidak boleh beresiko!!!. Seperti kalau pilih si A, nanti kerjanya cuman plunga plengo saja, atau bila pilih si B, nantinya akan di protes dunia, karena dikenal sebagai pelanggar HAM dan kalau pilih si C, nantinya Sumber Daya Alam kita habis di korup untuk kepentingan usaha dirinya.

Sayang nampkanya UU recruitment calon pemimpin kita, tidak menyeleksi hingga ke arah situ.

Untuk Presiden Republik Indonesia

Pagi-pagi di telpon seorang Pensiunan Jenderal, veteran yg masih hidup bersama kita, dia mengatakan begini :”Bung Ali, ini negara seperti apa? Tidak jelas siapa yg berwenang, dst”…lalu, “saya ingat idea Bung Ali mengenai BREM (Bandung Raya Environmental Management), apa mungkin bisa kia wujudkan?’, ujarnya. BREM itu sebenarnya, bagaimana mengelola kelangsungan sungai Citarum, karena di sungai itu ada 3 mega proyek penghasil listrik ribuan mega watts,PLTA Saguling, Jatilihur dan Cirata,  yg mensupply listrik untuk Jawa dan Bali. Jadi kalau sumber airnya dari sungai Citarum itu, tidak di pelihara, maka kiamatlah Indonesia. Sebab tdk ada listrik, artinya tak ada kehidupan!!!.

Celaknya, baik pemda jabar dan apalagi pusat, kurang peduli dg sungai tersebut, sehingga PBB telah menetapkan sungai Citaurm adalah salah satu sungai yg terkotor di dunia.

Pesona Burung Camar

Tak kalah oleh hujan, tak kalah dari angin.

Tidak kalah oleh salju maupun panas nya dimusim panas.

Dengan tubuh yang kuat , tanpa nafsu emosi.

Tanpa Amarah, selalu tersenyum dengan tenang.

Setiap hari empat mangkuk beras merah, miso dan sedikit sayuran untuk makan.

Untuk segalanya, tanpa perlu permintaan.

Melihat dan mendengarkan dengan baik sampai paham, lalu tidak melupakan.
